Finally I can get some of my 16:9 footage up onto YouTube without black bars stealing all important screen space from my masterpieces! When I was notified that YouTube had changed their player to widescreen I had assumed that all of my older widescreen videos would automatically resize to fit into the new, wider video player – alas, this is not the case. So for those of you that have checked out any of my video work on YouTube before mayhave noticed that the infamous black bars are now either side of most videos leaving a lovely frame around all widescreen videos. I’ll get replacement versions up soon to accomodate the update – which I am actually pretty happy about.
