Christmas Food

Slightly late to be talking about turkey and stuffing I agree, but this is when I found my photos so apologies to one and all. Lucy cooked a mean Christmas dinner at her Nana’s house for the Nicol clan and delicious it was too. We went the Turkey crown route rather than roast a whole bird and accompanied it with some delicious home-made stuffing (thanks to my mother-in-law) and some sweet crunchy roast potatoes and parsnips. As always, we had much entertainment at the table with drinks getting spilled like dominoes as we tried to help each other clean up their spilt drinks – genius.

There we go, easy and painless, now you can see what I ate :) Here’s a picture of Lucy’s side of the family to make this post feel that little bit more relevant to early January. From Left top to right bottom (Katy, Mike, Lucy, Nana Liz, Leike (Ruth’s friend), Alex, Granana Kay, Ruth, Me, Catrina)
