Here is a b-move / watercolour inspired wallpaper that I designed for Maerk Line, Liverpool. The image (incase your eyes aren’t working properly today) sees the Maersk Emma being attacked at sea by a giant squid. Nice.

Pixologic have just launched a blog at: “http://www.pixologic.com/blog” As i’m sure you’re aware, i’m a bit of a fan of their work (for many reasons) and think their tools are completely revolutionary from a capabilities and UI perspective.
Check it out for some great articles:

Really nice titles for Fox Crime here

Cartoon goodness from the Scruffster himself, oh and if you Ninja Tunas are reading my blog i’m thinking of painting the nursery with a Mr Scruff mural for our soon to be born child – would you exchange a Child Trust Fund Cheque for a few scribbles? I’ll throw photos your way if you do. What a deal! (Only joking, i’m spending the cheque on biros!)

If i’m ever in the need for inspiration the ZBrush Central forums are always a great place to start. Here are a couple of pics of a character built in Maya and sculpted to a finish in ZBrush, the expressions are (mostly) spot on and if you have the time i’d head on over there to take a look. Here is a link to the thread.

Great news, we had our 12 weeks scan on Thursday and everything was looking great. The baby was pretty active on the scan, moving and dancing around like a pro. Our due date is the 17th December which seems a long way away at the moment but i’m sure will get here soon enough.
Preparations are underway too as i’m finishing off the bedroom walls with polyfilla before getting them painted and ready for December. I am planning on some type of mural for the walls which I will of course be photographing and posting on the blog as and when it happens. We are both extremely happy and very excited about the new addition to the family!
