Sadly I can’t include any images or video clips in this blog entry for child protection reasons. On Monday this week I went into Alt Bridge School to work with the children there in planning, writing, filming and editing a film as part of our annual film challenge (last years film was about time travel).
This year the kids decided to have ‘interactive tv’ as the theme and took it to the nth degree with clips of live-action Spongebob Squarepants, Britains got talent, football on Sky Sports and the history channel. Bearing in mind, we started at 9am by talking ideas through with the kids and by 2:30pm we were watching the film together at the wrap party it was a pretty intense day. The final film was 8mins long and planned/acted by the kids with teachers supporting them with costumes and Jojopops Ltd offering the filming and editing.
